Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge?

We have a great opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the Business Solutions Centre, driving business improvements and working collaboratively across the Group to enable successful business outcomes.

Clarion Housing Group comprises a housing association, a property company and a charitable foundation. Clarion is at the forefront of technology with innovation plans on Dynamics 365 Finance, Customer Services, Marketing, connected Field Services, Azure Cognitive Services and Power Platform.

Clarion Housing Group has implemented a large-scale business transformation enabled by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday. The “Business Solutions Centre” provides the capability to support future enhancements and innovation.

If you have the ability to work independently, pro-actively and with confidence to challenge stakeholders constructively, make clear decisions and apply sound judgement then this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

With significant experience of business analysis within a large organisation including requirements elicitation, writing user stories and process mapping using BPMN, you’ll own the solicitation and documentation of requirements and the associated analysis to translate them into tangible business solutions.

Investigating business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity, adopting a holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities, you’ll develop and maintain models of business processes and associated documentation to facilitate understanding and decision-making.

Using your excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders with differing priorities, you’ll develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from the business and across the Group Technology & Change directorate, and champion the “adopt not adapt” approach to business process design and improvement.

You’ll need significant experience of technology projects using cloud-based solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, and an adaptable skillset with the ability to produce high quality outcomes on time in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. We’ll look to you to manage requirements elicitation, analysis, validation and prioritisation, developing and agreeing user stories with stakeholders and to support the wider project team and the business to ensure successful delivery of the solution.
